Full Registration

Full (late) registration is now available. Participants and all presenters will have full access to the conference*. The rate is $380.

Single Day (Saturday-Only)

Single Day (Saturday) late registration rate is now available and includes access to the conference events on Saturday April 20**. The single day rate is $150.


Student registration includes full access to the conference*. The reduced student rate is $100.

Registration Notes:

  • Registration payment will be handled by credit card. Make sure to register before you arrive at the conference; on-site registration will be an increased rate.
  • *Full access registrations include all conference events beginning Thursday (April 18th) through Sunday (April 21st). This includes the opening wine and cheese reception on Thursday afternoon, lunch on Friday and Saturday, and the conference dinner Saturday evening.
  • **Saturday-only registrations include all activities on Saturday along with lunch and the conference dinner Saturday evening.
  • If you choose to invite a guest to a dinner, each guest will be charged $35.00, (payable when you register).
  • Documentation of conference participation will be available upon request and may be used for professional development purposes.
  • We will be offering a limited number of special rates for people in financial need. You will need to submit a reason as to why you might be considered for a reduced rate. Correspondence regarding a request for assistance should be sent to: htlconference@sou.edu
  • Undergraduate and graduate level students will be able to earn up to two academic credits for conference participation. For those who are interested, please visit our FAQs page for more information about tuition rates, credit requirements, and registration procedures.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Your conference fee must be paid in full in order to confirm your reservation. Payment should be made online by credit card at the time you submit your registration form in order to process and confirm your reservation request. Cancellations received in writing by March 1, 2024 will be refunded in full, minus a 10% processing fee.

Cancellations received March 1st through April 5th will be refunded at a 50% rate. There are no refunds for cancellations after April 5th. For registration payment on-site, we will accept credit cards. A receipt of registration payment will be provided for all transactions.
