HTLC Pathway to SOU School of Education’s SEL Micro-Credential

Announcing HTLC’s Spring/Summer SEL Workshop Series!

The Center for Holistic Education  is offering a new workshop-based pathway to Southern Oregon University’s School of Education Social Emotional Learning Micro-Credential. The total 12 approved credits is still required, but with this pathway may be awarded by completion of twelve 1 credit HTLC virtual/zoom/blended workshops, or in combination with approved SOU School of Education course credits.  “… SOU ED courses in conjunction with our standing ‘SEL Badge’ are all appropriate to the accumulated 12 credits.” Please inquire for specific cases.

Most workshops will be one entire Saturday or 2 half-day Saturdays, with evidence of some practical applications. You can participate in these workshops for academic credit at $60 per credit. Free non-credit participation is also welcome for the spring/summer series of workshops. This is an emerging program. Much more information will follow.
