Social & Emotional Learning (SEL) Workshop

Ayako Nozama will be hosting workshop ED 399 SEL: Creating Empathic Relatiomships December 2nd and 9th from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Steps taken personally and professionally for better connection and emotinal safety, as well as feeling authentic to yourself. Social & Emotional Learning (SEL) Workshop

Now POSTPONED to: Saturday, January 27th from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Dr. Roni Adams and Michele Pavilionis will be hosting workshop ED 399 SEL: Self-Awareness. This experiential examination of personal and professional identities and the development of dispositions that demonstrate respect for diverse cultures and contexts. Participants can join either face-to-face (EP 195) or Zoom. Students can register for credit now with CRN 4486.

February 24th

Social & Emotional Learning (SEL) Workshop

Michele Pavilionis will be hosting workshop ED 399 SEL: Medicine Wheel on Saturday, February 24th, 2024 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This workshop will include Native American perspective and practice of cultural holistic ways of life connected with social-emotional learning. In addition it will utilize a self-inquiry wellness model that is grounded in traditional medicine wheel teachings and education. Particpants can join either face-to-face (EP 195) or over Zoom. March 2nd
